   The plant arrived in perfect condition, with no damage to the leaves during shipping. The delivery was quick, starting from Miami on Monday morning and reaching me in Minnesota by Thursday. There was some dirt that had spilled during transit, so I suggest unboxing it outside or in a garage for easy cleanup. The plant is stunning and appears very healthy.    Ordering this plant was both easy and affordable. It arrived in a well-protected, decent-sized box. The plant appears to be thriving so far, and I hope it continues to do well.    I was hesitant about ordering online, but decided to give it a try as I’ve been disappointed with Lowes’ plant quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the plants I received. They arrived healthy, well-packaged, and unaffected by the hot weather during shipping. After repotting, my plants look fantastic! I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you!

   The product was well packaged, although the delivery driver left it upside down on my doorstep despite the clear “this way up” instructions and arrow on the package. This was more of an Amazon issue than the fault of the vendor. The plant did have some broken leaves due to being inverted, but it recovered well and is growing nicely after following the instructions. I highly recommend this product.

   This review is based on one week of use. One of the two plants I ordered is thriving and absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the other plant arrived quite damaged, likely due to being frozen during delivery in cold weather. The first plant is doing well after thawing, but the second plant appears smashed, soft, and bent in the pictures. I fear it may not recover and become healthy like the first plant. Its leaves are completely bent and soft, lacking the rigidity of the healthy plant. I…

   I was happy with the initial size and fullness of the plant. It appeared slightly weak upon arrival, but with consistent watering and sunlight, it has shown improvement. I’ve only had it for a few days, so I’m hopeful that this positive progress continues. The price was reasonable for a plant of this quality. My only suggestion would be to ship it from a closer nursery to ensure it arrives in healthier condition.
