   I managed to keep my plant alive for a month, but unfortunately, it eventually died. I initially thought it was thriving, but then some leaves started to wither. It did sprout a new leaf, but when my table was accidentally bumped, I discovered the plant had no roots left at all. It ended up being a disappointing waste of money, but it was a valuable learning experience.

   Original review: The product seemed weak upon opening, and it only lasted a week.
   Rewritten review: Andrew provided excellent customer service by offering a refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement, so if this one doesn’t last, it’s on me. They are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, which is pretty cool.

   I initially received my plant looking quite sad – droopy and shedding leaves rapidly. However, after reaching out to customer service, they promptly assisted with a replacement. I am grateful for their quick response and support in resolving this issue. Looking forward to a better outcome with round 2!

   The product was delivered promptly and came in excellent packaging. It was enclosed in a small bag moistened with a jelly-like substance, then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, followed by layers of tissue paper, and finally placed in a box. The presentation was impressive, and I look forward to watching it grow into a stunning plant.

   I had no luck with this product, unfortunately. Despite its cute and tiny appearance, it arrived very cold and I ended up losing all the leaves except for one. The seller was very responsive and tried their best to help revive it, but it was too far gone due to the cold. I recommend waiting until spring to order instead of late winter. The packaging was good and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
