   I received only 2 plants that looked like the pictures shown. However, one of them was a spider plant instead of the little palm tree as expected. The plants were all jumbled up in the box, so I suggest improving the packaging for future orders.

   I am pleased to have received these plants, however, they do not appear to be in the best condition and do not match the ones shown in the picture.

   The plants are thriving and in excellent health. There was a slight issue with the shipment of the plants, but it was promptly and effectively resolved. The customer service was exceptional. I ended up ordering more plants for my wife.

   I was searching for a Bella palm and didn’t mind the other plants in the package as I knew I liked them. However, upon receiving my order, only the snake plant from the picture was included. The other two plants were not the Bella palm or peace lily as expected. Just a heads up that you may not receive what you think you are ordering. Fortunately, I had already found a Bella palm elsewhere before these arrived.

   The plants were delivered in perfect condition! They were well-packaged to ensure that dirt stayed in the pots. I will definitely seek out this vendor for my future plant purchases!
