   I received my Cebu Blue Pothos a week earlier than expected! It was a pleasant surprise when UPS delivered my package sooner than anticipated. The plant is larger and more beautiful than I had imagined, with healthy soil and a few minor tangles that were quickly resolved. It’s a perfect addition to my plant collection, and I may need to repot it in a week or so. For now, I’m letting it settle in and monitoring its progress, but so far, it’s doing great.    The plant I received was in poor condition upon arrival, with dried out soil, dead leaves, and exposed roots. The packaging was minimal, leading to damage during transit. While I appreciated the eco-friendly shipping materials, more care could have been taken to protect the plant. Additionally, the plant seemed to be a grouping of smaller plants rather than a mature specimen as advertised.    I bought this plant twice after being impressed by the beauty of the first one I received. Unfortunately, the second one did not meet my expectations at all. It seemed like a discounted item from a big box store. I was disappointed and will not be buying it again.

   Update: Shop Succulents provided excellent customer support by promptly sending me a replacement plant that arrived in much better condition. I appreciate their responsiveness and give them 5 stars for their service. However, it would have been preferable if the original plant had been delivered in good condition.    The product arrived in stunning packaging that kept it well-protected. It was in great condition and even bigger than anticipated. Placing it near a filtered window has helped it thrive and it has grown to double its original size since purchase.
