   Update: I was impressed by Shop Succulents’ prompt and helpful customer service. They quickly sent me a replacement plant that arrived in excellent condition. I give them 5 stars for their support, although it would have been better if I didn’t need a replacement initially. See the second picture for the replacement plant.

   The product arrived in a beautifully packaged and well-protected manner. It was healthy and larger than expected. Placing it in a partially filtered window has resulted in it thriving and growing to double its original size.

   Upon receiving the plant, it was disappointing to find it in poor condition. The soil was completely dried out, leaves were dead and crispy, and some roots were exposed. The packaging consisted of only a piece of kraft paper, which did not provide sufficient protection during transit. Although I appreciate the seller’s use of recyclable materials, more care could have been taken to ensure the plant’s safety.    I initially bought this plant and was very happy with it, so I decided to purchase another one. However, the second plant I received was disappointing. It looked nothing like the first one and seemed more like a discounted item from a big box store. I was not satisfied with the quality and won’t be buying it again.

   I received my cebu blue pothos a week earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised by the early delivery. The plant is even more beautiful and larger than I anticipated, with moist soil and in great health. Although slightly tangled, I was able to quickly untangle it. It has made a perfect addition to my plant collection, and I may need to repot it in a week or so. For now, I’m letting it settle in and monitoring its progress, but so far, everything looks great.
