   I purchased these succulents for a baby shower party favor and they were just what I was looking for – super cute and mostly in good condition. However, a couple of the succulents had dead or rotten leaves and some were a bit smaller than expected. Although the box was labeled as fragile, it lacked instructions to keep it upright or with a specific orientation.    The sellers of this product truly back up their claims. I received 9 additional items after only receiving 9 out of the 12 originally ordered. Their integrity and the quality of their plants are commendable.

   Three-Week Review:
   The plants arrived well packed with crinkle paper, mostly in good condition. It can be a bit time-consuming to remove all the crinkle paper, but the quality and variety of the plants were impressive. I was particularly pleased with the beautiful rosettes, sedum, graptosedums, and kalanchoes, some of which exceeded my expectations in size. Notable plants included the black prince and jellybean plant.

   I am giving a 3-star rating primarily due to the shipping experience. The items were packaged securely, but I was charged $9.49 for shipping. I ordered both the 15 mixed Succulent Spring Collection Mother Nature and the 20 Gorgeous Succulents in 2″ plastic pots, which were shipped together in the same box.    The delivery driver was not careful, resulting in dirt scattered everywhere. Despite this, the plants were well-packaged and arrived undamaged. Will need to repot them soon.

   I encountered a major issue with the delivery of these plants as they were shipped via UPS with a required signature. Despite signing an online waiver, UPS did not leave the package at my address, possibly due to high volumes of deliveries to cold weather areas, resulting in the plants arriving dead.
