   The plant is absolutely stunning! It arrived promptly and securely, with some dirt at the bottom of the box. Adding more packing around the pot could improve the packaging. Nevertheless, I have already replanted this lovely plant and am excited to see it thrive!

   The plant arrived with the soil still moist and the plant looking green and plump, but unfortunately, it had taken a beating during shipping which lasted 8 days across the country. It appears to be a young plant with stems 2″ or shorter, making the young, delicate stems and leaves vulnerable to damage.    Initially, the product was poorly packaged. Upon handling the box, I immediately noticed the sound of soil moving around inside. Upon opening it, a significant amount of soil was outside the pot and the plant was not securely rooted, with minimal soil clinging to its roots. The plant itself was underwhelming – although the size was adequate, several of its tips were wilted, with around 1/2 inch of dead leaves and a yellow tinge extending 1 1/2 inches from the tips.    The plant arrived with healthy, lush pearls, but was smaller than anticipated. It did match the described container, however, there was less plant than depicted in the picture. The shipping duration was long, resulting in dry roots and soil upon arrival.

   I transplanted six plants from this compact container, and they were all in excellent condition. If you’re looking to give a gardening enthusiast a thoughtful gift, I highly recommend this purchase. The packaging is simple and unassuming, so make sure to keep an eye out for it.
