This is my second time ordering from rooted. Although both plants arrived in excellent condition, I was disappointed to find that they were significantly smaller than I had anticipated. Despite being labeled as 4-inch plants, upon repotting them, I discovered that they were actually closer to 2 inches. While the plants are undeniably healthy, I will opt to purchase from a different preferred seller in the future who offers plants of similar quality but at double the size for the same price.

The plant arrived in excellent condition, perfectly boxed. My only issue is that it was left in my metal mailbox in the hot Arizona desert. If I had missed picking up my mail for a day, the plant may not have fared as well. I am uncertain why it wasn’t delivered to my door instead.
