   I decided to try out the ZeeDix 10LB Premium Coconut Coir Brick as I couldn’t be bothered to go all the way to a local store to buy it in person. I placed the order on March 21 and it arrived on the 23rd, surprisingly fast shipping from California to Hawaii. The brick was well-packaged and arrived intact, which was great.

   After being hydrated, this product expands to nearly 3 cubic feet and has a pleasantly fluffy texture. It is one of the higher-quality bricks I have come across. I make sure to thoroughly flush it to remove any salts for added safety, as most coco coir brands sourced from coastal areas tend to contain residual salt. Nevertheless, my plants are thriving in this medium and I have no complaints.
