   I found that this product had minimal dust that washed off easily. The pieces are well-made and a good size, making them a great choice for covering the top of the soil in my planters. This adds a polished look to my plants, rather than leaving just soil visible.

   I did not buy this product for aquaculture or orchids, but rather for improving drainage in my ordinary house plants. The first product I purchased was too large, so I decided to try this bag of clay pebbles since they were smaller and worked much better for providing drainage at the bottom of my pots.    I am purchasing these clay balls for the second time now. My wife discovered them while we were potting some orchids we bought, and she used them with orchid bark for our older plants. Although I’m not an expert, they seem to be effective. I appreciate the sturdy plastic bag they come in, which has a resealable closure similar to a Ziploc bag.
