   I appreciate the compact design of these products as they take up minimal space when not in use. I have bought them multiple times and plan to do so again. I find them perfect for making soil blocks for my seedlings, combining them with peat and worm castings.

   I was surprised by the size of these blocks as it wasn’t clear from the packaging. They are actually 6 inches in size, quite small. While they do expand and make a great planting matrix, I was hoping for something larger for mulching in raised planting beds.    I was disappointed by the quantity received as I expected to receive more. Each brick was smaller than anticipated, with all ten bricks stacked together measuring only 10″ x 6″. The advertisement was misleading.

   I am highly impressed with this product as a little goes a long way. I blend half potting soil with half coir and add a few generous scoops of earthworm castings, which my plants absolutely thrive on. The coir efficiently absorbs water, maintaining soil moisture and texture, reducing the frequency of watering needed for my plants.

   This product is essential in my nursery! I use it for winterizing seeds by wetting the coconut coir, thoroughly mixing in my seeds, placing the mixture in a freezer bag, storing it in a refrigerator drawer until spring, then mixing in soil and bark before planting. It’s a simple and effective process that yields great results!

   I absolutely love this product! Firstly, the packaging is fantastic – the durable plastic bag inside the box allows for easy usage and storage. The thin slabs are a game-changer, making it much easier to handle compared to other bulky coconut fiber products. It hydrates quickly and allows for precise usage without any waste. The fiber itself is a dream to work with – it hydrates fast, isn’t dusty or clumpy, mixes well with soil, and helps maintain consistent moisture levels for plants….
