   Initially unsure about ordering a plant online, especially with mixed reviews, I took the plunge. My location in Texas, with its current lovely spring weather, may have played a part in the positive outcome. Placed my order on Sunday, the plant was promptly shipped on Monday, and was in my hands via UPS by Thursday. The plant surpassed all my expectations, arriving well-packaged with saran wrap around the base. There was only minor damage on a new leaf, understandable given the long journey….

   The plant arrived earlier than expected and was securely packaged with a heat pack due to cold weather.    This is my second time ordering from Costa Plants, and once again, I am pleased with my purchase. The plant arrived well-packaged to protect it during transit, complete with heating packs to shield it from the cold Northeast weather.    This plant exceeded my expectations in terms of its beauty and size. Although I was surprised by how large it is, I am still very pleased with it. There have been no signs of plant rot, but a few leaves were torn, likely due to rough handling during shipping. Considering the season in New England, I was prepared for worse. Despite usually quarantining new plants, the reviewer did not do so this time and had to deal with the consequences.
