   Update: I found Shop Succulents’ customer support to be very responsive. They promptly sent me a replacement plant that arrived in much better condition. I appreciate their excellent customer service and would give them 5 stars for that. However, it would have been better if the original plant had arrived in good condition to begin with.    I bought the same plant twice – the first one was gorgeous and I loved it! However, the second one I received two months later was disappointing. It looked like it had been picked from the discount rack at a big box store and wasn’t what I had hoped for. I don’t plan to buy it again.

   I received this plant in poor condition, with dried-out soil, damaged leaves, exposed roots, and a broken section. The packaging was insufficient, causing a mess upon unboxing. While I appreciate the eco-friendly shipping materials, the plant seemed to be recently potted and not as established as expected. This decreases its chances of survival, especially considering the stress of shipping and repotting. I’m doing my best to help it recover, but its future is uncertain.

   The product was delivered in exquisite packaging that ensured its protection. It exceeded my expectations in terms of size and health. Placing it near a filtered window has allowed it to thrive and grow significantly since I purchased it.

   I received my cebu blue pothos a week ahead of schedule! I was pleasantly surprised today when UPS arrived earlier than expected with my package. The plant exceeded my expectations – it’s beautiful, larger than anticipated, with moist soil and in great health. Although it was a bit tangled, I quickly sorted that out. It fits in perfectly with my other plants and pothos collection. I may need to repot it in a week, but for now, I’m letting it acclimate and observing its progress. So far, it’s…
