   The orchid I received arrived promptly and was securely mounted, in perfect condition. It is already thriving, and I am excited to purchase more from this seller. The customer support and care provided were excellent.

   The plant arrived in good health and was well packaged. However, I was disappointed with the mount as it was a plain piece of wood, not the stylish mount shown in the picture. The design of the mount was a significant factor in my decision to buy this product, so I feel somewhat misled. If I had known about the mount beforehand, I would not have been willing to pay the current price for this product.

   I initially received an Orchid that was not in good condition and seemed to be missing a flower spike. After contacting customer service and sending a picture, they confirmed that there was indeed a flower spike. Despite the plant being dehydrated and not looking well, customer service proactively offered to replace it with a new one at no extra cost.    The product arrived in excellent condition and was mounted on a simple wooden plank. I then moved it to some moss inside a terra-cotta vase. The orchid was delivered alive and healthy. I am looking forward to observing the progress of this project.
