The roots are in good condition, the packaging was very secure, and the product arrived earlier than expected. Please note that since it is a young plant, it may take 12-18 months before it starts flowering.

The orchid I received was small in size but in excellent condition. The moss was moist, the roots appeared healthy, and there was no damage from shipping.
