   I was uncertain if I used this product correctly as I was attempting to root cuttings with it. Despite pre-rinsing, my coleus cuttings ended up with mold and minimal root growth. However, the sweet potato vine cuttings I also used at the same time and in the same way rooted very well without any mold issues. All plant material had been cleaned with soapy water before use.    I recently started using Leca and I planted snake plant cuttings and pothos cuttings in it. Both plants are thriving in the Leca. The snake plant cuttings went from having minimal roots to developing long roots in just a week. It’s user-friendly, cost-effective, and you get a generous amount for the price.

   My plants are thriving with these! I repotted all of them before winter, and the ones in these pots are thriving the most. It seems to help retain moisture in our dry climate.

   The plant is thriving even after more than a year and has grown significantly! Just remember to apply plant food periodically to keep it healthy and thriving.
