I was informed that the Hot Spot Begonia I originally ordered was sold out. Kathleen from customer service was very helpful and gave me the choice of a refund or selecting a different option. I decided to go with the Red Robin Begonia instead. I received it and I am extremely pleased with the plant. Thanks to their exceptional customer service, the plant quality, and secure packaging, I would definitely order from them again without hesitation!
