The media failed to load. I noticed some dark spots on the leaves of my bonsai, and I had to purchase additional products to help combat the disease. In addition, I needed to order a larger pot and special soil for my bonsai. One of the roots was sticking out of the soil due to the bonsai being larger than expected.

I received this plant along with another one from a separate nursery. This one was expertly packed to shield it from the cold, arriving in pristine condition. Unfortunately, the other plant I ordered at the same time arrived deceased, with no proper packaging – the soil and plant were outside the pot, frozen and lifeless.
