   There were fewer sticks and twigs than expected, but the product still had some to deal with. I am in search of real soil. Does anyone have any suggestions?

   I revived my dormant strawberry plants using this soil. It has excellent drainage, and my strawberries thrived (I harvested my first strawberries last summer), so I consider it a success!

   This soil has been beneficial for our plants and they have thrived post-repotting. However, unfortunately, it seems that the soil might have been contaminated with gnat eggs, as all the plants we used it for are now infested. While I understand that organic soils don’t contain pesticides, the extent of the gnat infestation has become a major problem despite our efforts at preventative maintenance.    This soil is excellent quality, but keep in mind that it may be pricier than what you find at the store and the quantity in the bag is limited. It’s ideal for small projects or as a top layer of soil.

   I have used this product previously, but I usually bought it from a garden center. This time, I found it at a cheaper price and had it conveniently delivered to my doorstep!
