The plant arrived on time, but it had suffered some damage due to rough handling. Some leaves were torn and soil was displaced from the pot. After placing it in a bright window and giving it some water, the plant seems to have recovered and is thriving now. I ordered this plant with an expected delivery date of January 8 or 9th. However, I missed a phone call from UPS informing me that they attempted delivery but couldn’t find my apartment number. After contacting the Greensboro NC office, they provided handwritten instructions for delivery, and the plant finally arrived on the evening of January 11th.
