I was initially concerned about the condition of the PPP when I ordered it, but I am happy to report that it arrived in excellent health and is truly beautiful! The first two pictures show the plant right after unboxing it. It has great variegation and even has some new growth. After repotting it and cleaning its leaves, it is all set to flourish.
