The product arrived in good condition with only one slightly damaged leaf out of about 10. Although the leaves were a bit wilted upon arrival, after reporting the issue, they perked back up within a few hours. I am considering ordering more in the future!

The initial plant I received was completely frozen and lifeless. However, the second one was in much better condition – a good size with a lovely, vibrant color.

Upon first removing it from the box, I was initially skeptical as it looked incredibly realistic! While there were some leaves that fell off during unpacking, a good watering session helped revive it to its full glory by the next morning. Despite my initial hesitation in ordering from Amazon, the positive reviews reassured me, and I am delighted that I took the chance. I would definitely make another purchase from them as the product was exactly what I was looking for!

I am extremely pleased with this purchase! It arrived sooner than I anticipated! I decided to tidy it up by trimming a few of the lower leaves and giving it some water, which immediately perked it up. The next morning, it looked even better!
