Place in a bright area where it receives indirect light. Harsh, direct sunlight can damage the fern fronds. Water the plants enough to keep them moist without leaving standing water. The Boston fern doesn't need to be watered until the soil surface is dry but avoid letting the soil dry out completely. Prefers high humidity levels so mist often. Fertilize the fern once a month after watering the plant well. Use a water soluble fertilizer made for houseplants. Fertilize the fern lightly at half the rate recommended on the houseplant fertilizer instructions, as ferns can burn with too much fertilizer.

I received the plants in excellent condition – they are absolutely stunning in person. They arrived well-packaged and undamaged, with healthy roots and adequate watering for transportation. The plants appeared attractive despite a few dried, dead leaves. The box arrived damaged, prompting the UPS driver to note “open from bottom” due to the mangled bottom and dirt spillage. Hopefully, these plants thrive outdoors. They make a nice addition on both sides of my steps.

I recently received a pack of 2 Kimberly Ferns, and I was impressed by how quickly they arrived and their excellent condition – they were large and healthy. One of the ferns was particularly robust and seemed very content in its grower pot. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this purchase considering the price, and they make a lovely addition to my front porch.

Normally, when I buy Boston ferns from a store, there are always some yellow leaves even after careful selection. However, the two ferns I purchased from Amazon had no yellow leaves at all!
