   I purchased an oncidium and another plant (a Haraella-retro). Unfortunately, the oncidium died shortly after arrival.    I recently received my orchid and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The packaging and shipping process impressed me the most. The orchid was carefully prepared and maintained warm and moist during transit. It was securely wrapped and even included a small warmer in the box.    After carefully following the instructions, the initial plant unfortunately did not survive due to having too few roots. Upon contacting the seller and providing photos, they kindly replaced it at no cost. The second plant seemed to thrive when my husband creatively placed it in a cat food tin with a sponge at the bottom to keep it upright. The setup allowed the plant to stay moist but not overly wet, even sprouting a flower spike. However, the wicking board eventually stopped working…

   I purchased five orchids from this seller, and while four of them appear healthy and vibrant, this particular one has a damaged leaf on the left side and looks quite pale in the center. It seems to be struggling compared to the others. I plan to give it some time to see if it improves since the seller offers a 60-day guarantee on their plants. I am not dissatisfied with the plant, but I am a bit concerned about its survival. I will update my review after monitoring its progress.
