There were many products in the picture, but this one stands out among all the items I purchased from this supplier.

I purchased 3 plants and unfortunately one arrived in poor condition and didn’t survive. The other 2 plants were in great shape and looked beautiful. The packaging was excellent. I contacted the vendor with photos of the damaged plant, and they promptly responded by offering to replace it. A few days later, I received a package containing not just one, but three new plants. They were even more stunning than the original ones. Great customer service and quality products overall!

The plants arrived in good condition, but I was disappointed that there were no tags included to identify the specific variety of begonia sent. Out of the 6 plants I purchased, only 2 had tags.
