   After enduring a harsh winter and fluctuating weather conditions, my daughter’s tomato plants appeared weak and fragile. The soil had eroded due to the pot falling and spilling over during heavy rain and wind. Adding a significant amount of perlite along with new potting soil made a noticeable difference in just a week. The plants showed increased vibrancy, color, and thickness, with even more improvement observed in the second week. Highly recommended product.

   I have a large collection of succulent and tropical plants, all of which require well-draining soil. Incorporating perlite into the soil mix has been beneficial, and I particularly like that this product has minimal dust, which is important for avoiding inhalation. My plants are thriving, so thank you for a great product.

   This product is perfect for my succulents and propagation needs. Although the bag was smaller than anticipated, measuring approximately 12” x 8” x 2” thick, it is just the right size for holding 3 quarts. To give you a visual idea, it is similar in size to three quart cartons of milk placed next to each other.

   I’ve been using this Perlite formula to balance the soil in my raised beds at a 1 to 3 ratio, and the results have been phenomenal. The drainage is incredibly quick when watering my plants, allowing for improved aeration and amended soil. This product has been highly effective for seed starting and container gardening as well.

   I have a large collection of indoor and outdoor plants, and my feelings about perlite are mixed. Despite its cost, perlite serves as a beneficial soil additive for increasing air circulation and enhancing drainage in various gardening scenarios. This listing offers good quality perlite and comes highly recommended.

   I have a large quantity of seeds to start in my greenhouse this year, so this product has been very helpful. I appreciate that there is minimal dust with this brand of Perlite. It blends smoothly with my compost and seed starter mix, and it appears to absorb moisture effectively. The price is reasonable compared to the major chain stores in my area. I would definitely suggest trying this product.

   I incorporated this perlite into my compost mix to create soil for my grow beds. The bag is lightweight, and the perlite pieces appear to be high quality. Perlite is versatile and can be used for indoor or outdoor soil. After planting my plants in the soil mixture of perlite, coco coir, and compost, I thoroughly watered it. The perlite expanded as anticipated and worked flawlessly, aiding in retaining moisture in my grow beds.

   REVIEW: This product is a great size and perfect for adding to planters for drainage purposes. It has been a lifesaver for my soil that is full of rocks and clay. During the summer, when my soil becomes extremely dry and hard, this product has been invaluable. Just be cautious as the package contains a significant amount of ground-up powder, so be mindful of breathing it in.
